"We’ve rented from Kim before and just as in years past, the entire experience was fantastic. The condo is so cute, clean and well stocked and it’s in a perfect location. We love walking down to the pier for fisherman watching and ice cream! Communication is great, Kim had always been prompt to respond to any questions and makes the entire process so easy. "With the craziness of the world right now this is exactly what my husband and I needed! "The condo was exactly as described! Beautiful view! Adorably decorated with updated and very nice furniture! Kitchen was extremely well stocked. We wanted for nothing! And in my opinion, the most important detail was that it was super clean! We had one minor issue with the ice maker and within 90 minutes, the owner, Kim, had maintenance there fixing it. I would definitely recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed!"

"Very clean and well- maintained. Everything we needed, and more, was provided within the unit. Pools and hot tubs were clean and conveniently located. Beautiful view from private balcony! Parking very convenient in attached garage. Minor renovations being completed to the exterior (ex: painting), but did not interfere with our stay. Owner was always available when questions arose... with speedy and friendly reply! Highly recommended rental!"

"This is one of the best places we have ever stayed on a vacation. In fact we came back for the second year. The condo is right on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean. The pool and hot tube are certainly a plus, and it's a quick trip to Brookgreen Gardens. The condo itself is so well kept that that you feel like you are at home when you arrive. "My family stays at Waters Edge Resort every year and we love it. This was our first time renting from Kim and we were pleased:) I always try to rent from individuals and not companies and Kim was great. She responded quickly when I had questions and because she has been an owner so long she has great knowledge of the area. Condo was clean and well stocked. The view is amazing and relaxing! We enjoy being within walking distance of the pier and the local shops. We had a great time and are looking forward to next year :):)"

"We've stayed in Garden City Beach for 20+ years with at least 10 of them at Water's Edge. We've used multiple sources of renting and this was our 2nd VRBO stay. This condo had everything you could want. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. We would absolutely consider staying in this unit for our next trip. Garden City has a much quieter atmosphere than Myrtle Beach - and that's why we keep going back. Our kids have grown up with yearly vacations to Garden City. We give them the choice of going somewhere different and they always want Water's Edge."

"We can’t wait to return! The condo was clean, perfectly furnished and decorated. There is easy access from the parking garage to the entrance of the condo. And oh the view! We spent much of our time there on the balcony soaking up the sun and salty air. We also enjoyed the large hot tub, even though the air temperature was only in the 40’s! "My wife and I have stayed a several places along the east coast, but this is by far the best. Kim and Patti's place is well kept with a fantastic ocean view. There are great facilities at Waters Edge including a heated pol, hot tub, and well equipped exercise room. I was very impressed with how well maintained the condo in 405 was. Everything you need for an outstanding vacation is right there."
